Fairways Guest House is a victorian house its historic architectural design may limit access to those with mobility impairments or specific need.
We have improved and updated the accommodation as much as possible, within the limitations of a Victorian building and the difficulties encountered when dealing with an older property.
The principal access problems at Fairways guest house are a result of most of the guest bedrooms being located on the first floor or above, the bedrooms can only be reached using either of the two traditional staircase’s.
The guest house car parking is located at the rear of the guest house and access to it is by the side of the guest house. Guests have to walk from the car park to the front to gain access.
There is a No Smoking Policy and its against the law to smoke in any guest house in the UK.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets except guide dogs.
